1. Safety and Conduct
For your safety and the safety of your rider, all guests are expected to follow the rider’s instructions throughout the tour. Guests must remain seated while the pedicab is in motion, keep hands, feet and personal belongings inside the pedicab, and avoid any behaviour that may distract or interfere with the rider’s ability to operate the pedicab safely.
Guests must not attempt to enter or exit the pedicab until instructed that it is safe to do so. Children must remain under the supervision of their accompanying adult at all times.
Ride or Die Tours has a zero-tolerance policy for threatening, abusive or aggressive behaviour, abusive language, harassment, physical interference or conduct that could reasonably be considered dangerous.
The rider has the right to immediately end a tour if any guest behaves in a manner that, in the rider’s judgment, creates a safety risk or makes it unsafe or unreasonable to continue. A tour ended for these reasons may remain payable in accordance with the original booking terms.
2. Tour Time and Extended Stops
Tours are charged based on time. Any additional time guests choose to spend at stops, attractions, shops, or other locations forms part of the total tour time.
If an extended stop may affect the planned route, your rider will let you know in advance. You can then choose to shorten or skip other portions of the tour to stay within your booked time, or extend the tour for an additional charge, subject to availability.
Actual routes and the number of locations visited may vary depending on traffic, guest preferences, and time spent at individual stops.
